Collection Tips - Reunion
It is easy to collect for church directories and school yearbooks since members are present on a regular basis. Reunions require a little more organization. Here are some easy reunion collection tips:
Set up a table! Everyone takes photos!
After all the individual shots are taken encourage your members to take the camera around to shoot candid shots.
Better yet - include the booklet cost in the sign up fee
so all you need to get are the pictures. This will also ensure that everyone will receive a booklet.Use a photographer.
Try to get them to shoot your event free of charge (they can sell individual pictures to your members). We can call around and try to find one for you.Use someone else to shoot the photos.
Someone in your group, a friend, a teenager, etc... There is always someone around who enjoys taking pictures.
